Exceptionally large printing orders can put a strain on any printer. You need to know that your printing partner can deliver exactly what you need, when you need it. We deliver by maintaining strong, direct relationships with paper mills to produce the required paper stock "on demand". As well, we always have enough capacity on our web press to meet even the tightest deadline.

	Prepress Our prepress process includes an Epson digital colour proofing system, our AGFA CTP (Computer-to-plate) with Sublima XM screening, and our Digital CIPS3 workflow system which transfers the ink values digitally directly to the press. In addition, manual inspection at each stage of the pre press process ensures high quality production on the web press.
	Web Press Our fully integrated 38" Heat Set web press is flexible enough to accommodate all your high volume, price sensitive colour print jobs. This versatile web press features in-line perfing, folding and gluing, 6/6 Units and stochastic printing capabilities with resolutions of just 10 microns in size.
	Post Press Our finishing and bindery services are fully integrated with our web press to deliver outstanding printing solutions that are tailored to your exact needs. Our 24/7 operation and extensive supply of critical paper and ink supplies means that we can produce high volume printing jobs under very tight deadlines.
	Shipping and Logistics Large printing orders require ongoing shipping and delivery logistics. Our shipping department will work closely with the client's logistics provider to ensure that orders, and each of their components, are delivered on schedule to the desired locations. Our shipping department ensures that all orders are labelled accordingly and that high quality levels are maintained throughout the shipping process.
